These Terms constitute a binding contractual agreement applicable to all clients, service users, website visitors, and any individual or entity interacting with our digital properties or service offerings.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing our digital platform, you expressly agree to adhere to the following protocols:

3. Service Engagement Framework

3.1 Project Proposals & Quotations

  • Formal project proposals and service quotations maintain commercial validity for 30 calendar days from issuance date
  • Pricing structures remain subject to revision based on scope modifications, accelerated delivery requirements, or additional feature requests
  • All quotations are provided in writing and require formal acceptance to initiate service delivery

3.2 Financial Arrangements

Our payment structures are professionally tailored to project complexity and duration:

  • Standard engagements typically follow a 50% advance, 50% upon completion payment model
  • Alternative payment schedules may be established through mutual written agreement and contractual amendment
  • Large-scale development initiatives employ milestone-based payment structures with predefined deliverables

3.3 Revision Management

  • Design-centric projects include 2–3 structured revision cycles within original scope parameters
  • Additional revision requests beyond contractual limits may incur supplementary charges at standard hourly rates
  • Significant scope modifications during active development phases necessitate formal quotation adjustments and contract amendments

3.4 Client Obligations

To facilitate project success and timely delivery, clients commit to providing:

  • Comprehensive, unambiguous project requirements and strategic objectives
  • Timely feedback and formal approvals at predetermined project milestones
  • All necessary brand assets, content materials, and technical specifications
  • Access to relevant systems and platforms as required for service implementation

Project timelines may be subject to extension proportional to client response delays or material provision lapses, with associated adjustments to delivery schedules.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

4.1 Ownership Transfer

Upon complete payment fulfillment and project completion:

  • Clients receive full ownership rights to final delivered assets and work products as specified in project agreements
  • Aryavig retains limited rights to showcase non-proprietary project elements in our professional portfolio, unless otherwise contractually restricted through non-disclosure agreements

4.2 Source Code Accessibility

Clients receive fully functional, production-ready deliverables. Complete source code access is provided exclusively when explicitly included in service agreements or purchased separately through specialized development packages.

4.3 Third Party Dependencies

Any integrated third party assets (licensed imagery, typography, software components, or API services) remain governed by their respective licensing agreements and terms of use. Clients assume responsibility for maintaining compliance with third party service terms.

5. Infrastructure Services Agreement

5.1 Domain Name Management

  • Domain registration and renewal fees must be settled prior to applicable expiration dates to prevent service interruption
  • Expired domains may become permanently unavailable through standard registration channels and may enter redemption periods
  • Aryavig assumes no liability for registry level service interruptions or domain loss resulting from payment delays or client inaction

5.2 Web Hosting Provisions

  • Hosting performance metrics are contingent upon underlying server infrastructure and allocated resources as specified in service tiers
  • Clients are strictly prohibited from hosting illicit content, malicious software, or unlicensed proprietary material
  • Excessive resource consumption may necessitate temporary service suspension until resolution, as detailed in our :link

5.3 Maintenance & Support

Ongoing maintenance services (including security updates, data backups, system monitoring, and technical repairs) are exclusively provided under separately defined maintenance agreements with clearly outlined service level expectations.

6. Service Warranties & Liability Limitations

Aryavig is professionally committed to delivering exceptional service quality through:

  • Industry standard development practices and comprehensive quality assurance protocols
  • Optimized, secure, and maintainable code implementation following best practices
  • User centered design principles and experiential excellence across all deliverables

However, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection in digital deliverables:

  • Absolute software perfection or complete absence of technical anomalies in complex systems
  • Uninterrupted service availability or 100% operational uptime across all service tiers
  • Continuous functionality of integrated third party services or external APIs beyond our direct control
  • Specific business outcomes or marketing performance metrics dependent on multiple external factors

Aryavig's liability is expressly limited regarding:

  • Data loss or corruption resulting from client side mishandling, negligence, or failure to maintain backups
  • Project delays directly attributable to insufficient client cooperation, feedback delays, or scope changes
  • Consequential damages arising from service misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third party interference

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality according to professional standards and regulatory requirements. We do not disclose, commercialize, or transfer customer data to external parties except as mandated by legal requirements or essential for service delivery optimization.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Given the custom, resource intensive nature of digital service delivery, Aryavig maintains a structured no-refund policy for:

9. Service Termination Protocols
